Answify is an innovative solution that centralizes the management of social media interactions, such as those on Facebook and Instagram, using a personalized AI that generates responses tailored to each brand's tone and style. The goal is to save users time while enhancing the quality of their interactions with their audience.

2. How does message centralization work?
Our service consolidates all messages and comments from different platforms (currently Facebook and Instagram, with more to come, such as WhatsApp and Google Reviews) into a single intuitive interface. You no longer need to switch between multiple apps to respond to your clients.

3. Can Answify's AI adapt to my business?
Yes! Answify's AI continuously learns from your past interactions. It adjusts its responses based on your brand's tone, style, and specific characteristics, ensuring constant and evolving personalization.

4. Can I modify the AI-generated responses?
Absolutely. You can edit the AI-generated responses before sending them. Additionally, the AI can generate up to three alternatives for each message or comment, giving you maximum flexibility to choose the ideal response.

5. Is my data secure with Answify?
Yes, data security is a cornerstone of Answify’s service. Only the AI processes your messages and comments, ensuring that no third parties access your sensitive information. Our platform is fully compliant with global privacy standards, including GDPR, providing you with complete peace of mind when using our service.

6. What is Answify's pricing model?
Answify now operates on a monthly subscription model with a maximum number of interactions per month. Each interaction is counted only when you confirm and send a response, providing straightforward management tailored to your needs.

7. Which platforms are currently supported?
At the moment, Answify supports Facebook and Instagram. We are actively working to integrate other platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Reviews, and email to deliver a comprehensive omnichannel management experience.

8. Can I use Answify on multiple devices?
Yes. Our app is available on iOS, with Android and web versions coming soon. You will be able to access Answify from any device, enjoying a seamless and consistent user experience across platforms.

13. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to the App Store, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions", select your subscription, and follow the instructions to cancel.

16. How do I add and configure a social media account?
In the left main menu, "Account", click on the add account icon (+) at the top left. Select Facebook/Instagram, authenticate, then add notes, and our AI will retrieve your optional information. For Instagram, make sure to use a Business account.

17. How do interaction credits work?
Each response you publish uses one interaction from your subscription.
You can check your remaining interactions in the counter at the top.
Click “+” to upgrade your subscription if needed.
An interaction is only deducted when you press “Send.”

18. How do I efficiently manage multiple responses?
For each message/comment, you can:

Use Refresh (🔄) to view additional AI suggestions.

Use Edit (✏️) to modify the text.

Use Send (📤) to publish the response.
You can also use 'Send All' to publish multiple responses at once. Group accounts together to manage them collectively.

19. What are groups, and how do I use them?
Groups allow you to organize accounts by theme or brand and consolidate communications from multiple accounts in one place.
Click on 'Manage Groups' to create groups and add accounts to them.
You can view and manage all interactions for grouped accounts together, including using 'Send All' for the entire group.

20. How do I customize the AI's responses?
In the left main menu, "Account". When you click on an account and then "Edit," an "Information" section is available. This section contains the information the AI uses to personalize responses. It is fully editable to adapt responses to your business needs.
When editing AI-suggested responses, you can also modify the text while maintaining the tone and intent of the AI. Use Refresh (🔄) to get additional suggestions that match your style.

21. Can I use biometric authentication (Face ID/Touch ID)?
Yes, you can enable Face ID/Touch ID in Settings > Account Section. Once activated, you can use biometrics instead of a password for future logins. Your credentials are securely stored on your device.

22. What should I do if responses are not being published?

Check if you have enough credits.

Verify the permissions of your social media account.

Ensure you are connected to the Internet.
For Instagram, confirm that your account is a Business account. If the issue persists, try reconnecting your social media account in the account settings.

23. How to change the website listed on one of the accounts?

Either delete and then recreate the relevant account (Instagram or Facebook).

Or directly modify the URL provided, and then manually update the details related to the previous website in the "Information" section.
